One on one training which is tailored around the ability of the individual and their needs to help them build a strong boxing foundation and succeed whether it is to simply improve technically or perform at a competitive level.
FIGHT CAMP
Designed specifically for both amateur and white collar boxers competing in the 3 x 3 and 3 x 2 minute format.
Open/conditioned sparring.
Technical boxing drills.
Specific boxing fitness.
NOT for recreational, competing boxers only.
